	This system has been designed to make the neutralization and disposal of 10% buffered formalin, Automatic and trouble free. The NEW MIX"N"DUMP is made to be very easily installed, it requires less fitting than does a home dishwasher. All the MIX"N"DUMP needs is a waste connection, the same as a dishwasher, so that when it has finished mixing the 10% buffered formalin waste with the FORMALEX(tm). It will open its valve and pump the neutralized waste down the drain.The control box as shown, contains firstly a transformer, as all operating components are 24 volt. This low voltage is to optimize safety. It also holds the PC controller, valve operation unit and alarm modules and the required relays; it is fully sealed against moisture. To operate the RANDOMACC Mix"n"Dump the discharge hose needs to be plumbed to the sink waste pipe, and standard 230-volt mains power provided. The MIX"N"DUMP vat has a filtered entry in its top, 10% formalin can be poured in here, as can the 25 liters of Formalex(tm). The pump and control unit shown here are inserted into the vat which is fitted with low level and high-level float switches. To remove the pump for servicing or cleaning no tools are required, just unplug it from the power and level switches. And then lift it all up and out of the vat.It weighs less than 7 Kg.
				As FORMALEXï treats 5 times its volume of waste formalin, all that is required To get the 160 litre MIX"N"DUMP working is to pour 25 litres of FORMALEX(tm) Into the tank (up to the lower level switch) and turn it on. The pump will start and mix the FORMALEX(tm) with the waste formalin. As the waste trickles in from the collection points every hour the MIX"N"DUMP pump will start, run and mix the waste with the FORMALEX(tm) automatically for the preset time. It will do this endlessly until the top-level switch is triggered. At 10 litres per day it will take approximately 14 days to reach the full level. When it does reach this full level, the upper float switch is activated; the pump starts, and runs continuously for a short time, thoroughly mixing all of the waste. It doesn't matter if you don't process 10 liters a day if you only process 1 litre per day, it will still start every hour and mix and neutralize the waste until the vat is full and the upper switch is activated. At the end of the mix cycle the pump will stop, the dump valve will open, the pump will restart and the waste will be discharged When the MIX"N"DUMP is empty the pump will stop and the alarm sound. Pour in another 25 litres of FORMALEX(tm)ï; Push the reset button of the controller and the cycle will restart.
