Unlike many others our carts are made to load from the lowest to the highest bay in our fridges and mortuary racks.

All stainless steel, there are NO no powder coated frames to chip and corrode.

Maintenance free drive batteries are supplied with a fitted automatic battery charger.

Heavy duty 200-mm (8") casters with steering and total lock system.

All carts have a SWL (safe weight limit) of 250Kg.

This Cadaver lift has a safe working limit of 250Kg, and will effortlessly raise and lower Cadavers on body trays to load and unload from all bays of our new 3 Body Mortuary refrigerators. The vertical adjustment controls are mounted at the handle end of the Cadaver lift, this requires that the operator stands by the handle (in the safest position) to operate the elevate control. A powerfull self contained 12 volt electro-hydraulic power pack safely and effortlessly adjusts the level to the required height. The RALC900.2 is supplied with fitted batteries and recharging unit, Corner buffers are fitted for hall and doorway protection. All electrics are covered with a cowl making wash-down a breeze
  • Will load from 500-mm to 1650-mm (19" to 65")
  • Has a lift capacity of 250Kg (Bariatric 450Kg)
  • All lift and brake controls are at the handle end of the RALC900.2 Cadaver lift
  • The carts are supplied complete with batteries and charging unit
  • The frame structure is rugged durable stainless steel
  • For safety reasons the RALC900.series Cadaver lifts are power down as well as power up, this means that the operator must stand in the safest position, that is, at the handle to operate the controls to raise or lower the Cadaver.
  • When the body tray or coffin is loaded safety stops automatically set, ensuring that the body tray or coffin cannot roll off accidently
  • All RALC900 Series Cadaver lifts are fitted with noncorrosive heavy-duty casters with steerage and total lock system.
  • The brake and steer locks of the casters may be activated simultaneously from one position.
  • Press the foot pedal one way and one caster is locked from swiveling, making the cart easily manoeuvred.
  • Press the foot pedal the other way and all casters are locked.
  • All welding is by MIG and TIG processes using only stainless steel filler. All welds are brushed and cleaned.
